I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bridgewater State University, which strengthened my understanding of markets, pricing, financial decision-making, and economic conditions. I also earned a paralegal certificate from Boston University and have professional experience in the legal industry. That experience has made me comfortable working with contracts, disclosures, documentation, deadlines, negotiations, and detailed financial paperwork. Although I do not provide legal or financial advice as a Realtor, my background helps me identify important questions, communicate clearly with the professionals involved, and keep transactions organized. I am also comfortable contacting town departments, researching available municipal records, and helping clients obtain information about a property. Depending on the transaction, that may involve communicating with building departments, assessors, boards of health, conservation offices, utility departments, or other local resources.
